Hout Bay Apartment 2 is located in the Square, a modern apartment complex set one block back from the Hout Bay beach front. This compact apartment is an ideal base for the holiday maker seeking  reasonably priced self-catering accommodation near the beach, shops and restaurants. A minute's walk  along the paved pedestrian pathway takes you to the beach. This apartment faces the southern mountains and is located on the first floor of the complex.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. There is one bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living and dining area are open plan with sliding glass doors giving a feeling of space and light. The rooms are furnished with comfortable holiday style furniture. There is under floor heating for cooler days.

The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD, CD player, safe and hair dryer. The Italian style contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven and glass top hob with extractor fan, microwave oven, washing machine/dryer and fridge/freezer. 

The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and built in cupboards. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in cupboards and opens on to a small courtyard facing balcony. There is one bathroom with a corner bath, shower and toilet. In addition there is 1 guest toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.

There is undercover parking, a lift to all levels and 24 hour security guards. Guests have access to the next door gym with large indoor pool.

Close to  the apartment are banks, supermarkets, a tourist office, internet shop, gymnasium and  numerous other shops and restaurants. Vouchers for wireless internet access can be purchased right next door.                          

The Package includes twice weekly servicing of the Apartment.

Approximate distances: 45 minutes drive to City Centre and V&A Waterfront - 10 minutes drive to Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches - 20 minutes drive to Table Mountain Cable Car - 30 minutes drive to Cape Town Stadium in normal traffic - 50 minutes drive to Cape Town International Airport
