FRESNAYE AREA INFORMATION
This small and select suburb is located on the North
facing slopes of Lion’s Head around the cliffs from the
Clifton Beaches. Sheltered from the prevailing winds it
has a reputation for a mild climate. This residential
area has several large villas with spectacular views of
Table Bay and Robben Island. It is walking distance to
Bantry Bay, a boulder strewn cove, intimate Saunders
Beach and Seapoint beachfront. Here you will find a
seawater pool and a broad seafront promenade, popular
for evening strolls. There are lots of restaurants and
shops along the busy Seapoint main road. This is an
ideal location for a large group of friends or family
who wish to be close to lots of shops yet within a short
drive of the Clifton beaches. It is about 10 minutes
drive to the Cape Town stadium and 15 minutes drive to
the V&A Waterfront.
