This exceptionally spacious, elegant Italian-style villa is an ideal choice for the privileged guests seeking privacy in an exclusive and luxurious vacation villa. This large villa is built on the slopes of Lion’s Head with excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean across Clifton and Camps Bay. Walk down the hill to the glamorous Clifton beaches or take a short drive to the world renowned Camps Bay beachfront and its restaurants, coffee bars and shops.

There are three different levels of balconies, a sheltered pool and barbecue area. This outdoor area is ideal for entertaining one’s guests and offers privacy for sunbathing. An exercise room is provided for guests to keep fit.

The large open-plan living area leads out to a wide balcony with a heated Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. A modern cocktail bar is located close to the doorway, this is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the beauty of the setting sun. There is satellite TV in the living area and in selected bedrooms. The second living area has a fireplace for cooler evening. This area is open plan to the exceptionally large dining table where one can enjoy superb dinner parties with friends. The fully equipped ultra modern kitchen has all the facilities to cater for the most elaborate meals.

A private, sparkling pool is located at the back of the villa - sheltered from any wind by a high wall. There are plenty of sun-loungers so that guests can spend lazy days soaking up the sun. There is a barbecue for cooking outdoor meals.

Clifton Hills Villa accommodates 12 guests in six double bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on four different levels throughout the villa, offering complete privacy to each guest sharing the house. Four of the bedrooms open out to patios or balconies. Crisp white linen and comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep. The marble-tiled bathrooms have contemporary designer fittings. Five bedrooms are en-suite and the sixth bathroom is located close to the sixth bedroom.

The villa has a cleaning service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

There is secure garaging for three cars as well as five outdoor parking bays.

Security is a prime consideration with alarm systems as well as armed response services.

NOTE: Currently there are extensive building works at an adjacent property which may result in some noise in the area.
