This luxury 5-star graded Villa is set in a small contemporary styled complex of 4 units with uninterrupted ocean views. It is fully equipped for self-catering holidays. Located above the main road at the northern end of fashionable Camps Bay, access to the nearest beach is across the road and down a small beach path. Camps Bay restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk along the beachfront. With uninterrupted sea views, this is a perfect location for a relaxed, luxurious holiday with friends or family. 

The exterior walls of Camps Bay Villa 3 are clad in light-hued sandstone and reflect the glowing colours of the sun. The contemporary design blends polished wooden shutters and floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowing excellent views of the sea. Access to the villa is via the secure internal parking. A private lift whisks you to the villa which is built on three levels. On the middle level is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which opens on to a wooden balcony with uninterrupted views of the sea. Downstairs is the master bedroom en-suite, the second bedroom and bathroom, and informal lounge. Leading off the lounge are the patio and splash pool with full sea views. On the top floor are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms.    

On entering the living area, the unending sea view in front of you, is awe-inspiring. Also immediately noticeable is the chic contemporary design and high quality of the furniture. The open plan living area has polished wooden flooring and a soft woven scatter rug. On the left is the sitting area with a light coloured, suede lounge suite set around a flat screen satellite TV where you can watch your favorite programmes or films on the DVD player. In the centre is the eight-seat dining table where casual or gourmet meals can be served while enjoying the view. On the right is the fully equipped kitchen including a convection microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Wide glass doors open onto the wooden balcony where you can light the gas barbecue or sit and enjoy cocktails watching the sunset.    

Stairs lead you down to the lower level which has second informal lounge flowing out to the patio. This lounge has an outdoor/indoor sofa, arm chairs, ottoman and TV. Step onto the patio and laze in a sun-lounger or have a refreshing dip in the rim-flow splash pool at the end of the patio. Eat relaxed meals at the outdoor table while enjoying the sea views.  

Next to the lounge and separated by a room divider is the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom and lounge have floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading out to the patio with full sea views. The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed. All the beds are fitted with pure cotton linen. The marble tiled bathroom has double vanity basins, separate bath, free-flow shower, bidet and toilet.  

From the ground floor lounge a covered walk-way runs along the side of the patio leading to the second double bedroom.  Guests can lie in bed and enjoy  the beautiful sea views. The sliding wooden shutters can be moved to give shade from the sun. The separate bathroom has a shower and a guest toilet. 

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the top level. Both have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet and the other has a bath and toilet.  In the fourth bedroom is a TV. On this level there is a work table and an additional sofa which can be converted into a sleeper couch.

There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest’s use Extra bath towels, beach towels and hair dryers are supplied as required..

The villa has a fixed line telephone paid for as used. Broadband internet is available on request.

The villa is cleaned Monday to Friday except public holidays. Additional cleaning can be supplied on request.

 The Villa has parking for two cars in a large covered garage.
