contemporary Penthouse allows guests a feeling of space,
with views of Camps Bay beachfront, the ocean and Lions
Head mountain. This is a perfect location for family
holidays or corporate travellers who want to relax and
be close to the sea. No need to worry about driving as
the Penthouse is located in the heart of Camps Bay
village, less than 4 minutes' walk to the beachfront,
restaurants, bars and shops.
This fully air conditioned Penthouse is located on the
top floor of a large villa in a residential street up
the road from Camps Bay beach. On entering the Penthouse
you have a feeling of space and opulence with the open
plan dining and living area leading out to the large
balcony, which faces south towards the sun with views of
the ocean. On quiet evenings the sound of the waves
breaking on the beach can be heard. The bedrooms lead
off the living area and face on to the balcony. The
kitchen is at the rear facing toward the mountains.
Access to the Penthouse is by an internal private lift
(elevator) from the entrance level. There is only one
small step to walk up from the parking to the lift so it
is ideal for the mobility challenged. The wooden
panelled electric lift sweeps you up to the penthouse.
From here there are spectacular views of the Twelve
Apostles mountain range. The marble tiled entrance hall
is decorated with beautiful African artefacts.
The open-plan entertaining area is spacious and full of
light. The sunny living area has deep luxurious sofas
with soft beige textures and a low coffee table. This is
an ideal place for relaxing and watching favourite
programmes or football matches on the large television
screen. There is satellite TV, DVD and video systems,
internet access and a safe for small valuables. Glass
patio doors open on to the balcony.
Step out of the living area onto the large balcony,
where you can soak up the sun in the eight-seater
heated Jacuzzi with the dramatic Lion’s Head Mountain in
the background or bask on the sun loungers. Meals are
unforgettable eaten at the outdoor dining table
overlooking the beach front. You can cook them right
beside you on the gas barbecue. Cocktails at sunset are
truly romantic as you watch the sun sink into the ocean
in a blaze of glory in front of you.
The dining area is located at the back of the living
area; from here you can look across to the large balcony
and out to the ocean. Gourmet meals can be served on
this polished African dark wood dining table with
seating for eight guests on leather upholstered seats.
Leading off the dining area, the ultra modern kitchen is
fully equipped for self-catering with imported
appliances including a dishwasher. Views from the
kitchen windows sweep up to the famous 12 Apostles
Mountain range.
The three double en-suite bedrooms all lead on to the
balcony with floor to ceiling glass doors and windows
letting in the sun and sound of the sea. Each bedroom is
decorated with crisp white linen and light-weight
duvets. Natural earth coloured African art decorates the
walls. There are TV’s and hairdryers in each room. The
bathrooms are marble tiled in a contemporary style.
There is a guest bathroom with toilet and hand basin.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed in a massive
polished wooden base. An African woven fabric decorates
the wall. The dressing table and overhead TV is set into
the large cupboards. The glass balcony doors open to the
balcony with views of Camps Bay beachfront and the
ocean.
The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a
separate bath and glass walled shower. There are
contemporary designed dual free standing hand basins and
vanity cupboard. A glass window on the side of the bath
has views of the bedroom and balcony.
The second bedroom has twin beds with polished wood
headboards. A dressing table, which can also be used as
working space, has a TV. Glass doors lead out to the
balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and
toilet.
The third bedroom has a queen sized double bed with a
polished wood headboard and woven African baskets on the
wall. The TV unit is built into the vanity / work space.

bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
We recommend The Penthouse to families, corporate
travellers, groups of friends and people that have
difficulty in walking up stairs. It is ideal for guests
that do not want to drive a lot.
The Penthouse has a 6-day house cleaning service
(excluding Sundays)
A personal laundry service and Sunday house cleaning is
available at a small charge.
Free broadband wireless internet. faxing and printing
facilities are available
For young families a portable baby cot and feeding chair
is available on request
There is internal garage parking for 1 car and
additional off street parking
