This exclusive 5 star, contemporary Apartment complex, offers 8 luxury air-conditioned self-catering apartments. One road back from the beach, this is a perfect location for a holiday. It is less than one minute’s walk to the Camps Bay beach, the restaurants, shops and bars. You can throw your car keys away and stroll easily to all the best entertainment and activities.  

The first impression is of space and light. The furniture is in delicate white or cream shades and the floor is tiled. The apartments are open plan and have high quality fixtures and fittings. Each apartment is fully equipped for self catering. On the first floor is the sparkling blue communal pool, surrounded by a paved patio for sunbathing and barbeque area. Plenty of sun loungers are supplied. 

The kitchen area has a marble topped work surface and dining area. There is a dish washer and a washing machine with some supplies of detergent and tablets.

This kitchen/dining area flows to the sitting area with armchairs and a sofa where you can watch selected satellite TV channels or listen to music on the mini DVD system. The day bed in the living area can be made up into an extra bed for up to 2 additional family members.  

Walk through to the balcony or patio area, which has an outdoor table and two chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. The apartments are westerly facing so that you can enjoy watching the setting sun.

 The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are cleverly separated by a sliding partition from the living area. The comfortable king-size bed is made up with crisp white linen.  The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. Plenty of soft white towels are supplied. 

 Each apartment has the same size floor space; the layout varies slightly from one to another. Some have balconies and others open onto a patio. The apartments are located on three levels with a lift giving access from the internal parking.
